Privacy Policy

The Levels App helps gym members track their level progress and lets coaches and admins manage that progress. Eleven Eleven Sports Performance is the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we store

• Name and email address
• Date of birth / age
• Bodyweight
• Gender
• Profile picture
• Exercise results and any evidence images / video links you upload
• Level progress
• Coach / admin review notes
• Notification and email delivery records

Lawful basis

We process your account data to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)). Bodyweight and performance results are health-related special category data, processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you give when you accept the Terms in the app and can withdraw at any time.

How we use it

Only to manage gym levels, support coaching, track member progress, show leaderboards and workouts inside the app, and send you service and coaching emails. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Who can see it

Your profile and results are visible to you, your coaches and gym admins. Leaderboards show only approved results to other members of the gym — pending, failed or invalidated results are never shown to others.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced per-user at database level with row-level security, and administrative actions on results are logged in an append-only audit trail. Data is hosted on UK/EEA servers by our infrastructure processors.

How long we keep it

Account and performance data is kept while you are a member and for up to 24 months afterwards; correction audit records are kept for 6 years. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
